Nature of work:

• Searching for new customers and making contacts;
• Maintaining long-term relationships with customers;
• Organization of partial cargo transportation;
• Control of customer payments;
• Advising clients on issues and prompt problem resolution.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English (knowledge of German or another foreign language is an advantage);
• Ability to react quickly in problematic situations;
• Organization and initiative;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Good computer skills.
